03 Cobra tick/knock need input!

Hey how it going. So heres the problem i have a slight tick/knock which i think is coming from the drivers side top end. Odd thing is that it doesnt make the noise at idle. i cant hear it from the top or bottom end. You can only hear it after about 1.5Krpm. Heres some vids:

It sounds like mine did with a stuck ring. It ended up scoring my block so I replaced the block and one piston.

I should have said the reason for replacing the block instead of boaring it was I had one.
