friend has a tig I will go that routeThe fitting that they give you with a new kit uses a punch and a 3/8" npt tap. While it works i don't ever feel warm and fuzzy with any fitting just tapped in the side of the pan. If I have the pan off as in your case I weld a 3/8 female npt weld bung or in the case of my ttop car a -12 AN male fitting directly to the pan. I always TIG weld the stuff but I guess it could be mig welded with no trouble just beware of getting slag in/on the bung. Hope that answered your question.
sprayed my friend who painted the car did them , they are a shade darker then I wanted but I am not annoyed by it , it should still have red in the sun light it's cloudy todaynew lenses or sprayed?
vht never comes like it does with clear and some tint to it out of the guncan of vht night shades is all you need
I concur sir , most body shops will do it for like 100 bucks a little steep but worth itTrue dat, but i not everyone has access to a spray gun and someone that actually knows how to use it!
This is truefor that money, why not just but a set of tinted lenses?
yeah my thing is cost . I can get a set of y303 svo gt40s for a few hundred more then you spent . hmm desicionsI wouldn't do that....I know the E7 springs are better the the GT40s but I really would look into better springs especially with boost...also I was told the gt40 valve steam seals are crap too...I had a set done for my supercharged car they cost me $500 I had new guides and stainless exhaust valves installed...also better valve steam seals...anyways I never used them i sold them...lol then went with a set of fully worked Trick flows....
