hey cooper man check ur vacuum hoses!!!! i had the problem im a mechanic and my 96 vacuum canister is in the pass fender well behind the wheel well dust cover....i had a couple codes come up and 1131 or 1132 was one of them and i had a very bad vacuum hose down in there it was very old and pretty much fell apart in my hands as i pulled it out! put a new one in and code is gone!!!! then run a fuel system cleaner thru the intake and clean the carbon out from running wrong
