I wonder if I can smooth out the under carage with some reinforced painted aluminum panels to make it flatter, for smoother air flow under the car like you see on the Ford GT and Dodge Vipers. I think I found a new project once I am fineshed with this one yay! lol and see if it makes a difference as to the aerodynamics and stability. Also I wonder would plastic or aluminum be better to use in this case as far as weight retention? Plastic is a pain to take a heat rod to bend it to the right form, aluminum is easier to bend but a little more flimsy so I would have to reinfroce at some spots where their will be the most direct force and here and there as well, to prevent a wave effect. Hmm wonder what the stock numbers were as to the aerodynamics of each body styled mustang, anyone know where that information might be? I think the fox bodies or sn-95s would probably be the best in this case.
