      I bought my first Mustang (VIN: 1ZVBP8AM3C5272888) on Saturday when I tried to use SYNC on Monday it would not activate when I press the VOICE button. I found I can get it to acitvate most of the time by quickly pressing the button 3 or 4 times in succession. I would rather not have to go back to the dealer in the first week of owning the car, do you have any suggestions on a fix?

      I am VERY unhappy with Ford and You. I have a problem and no one will respond. Do you and Ford think so little of me that will ignore my requests for help. If that is so, you can be sure I will tell everyone that I know that is considering a Ford product to look elsewhere because Ford does not give a dam about you once the iron is off the lot.

      On December 23rd I asked for an email address to reply because what I want to say will not fit in the allotted space provided by the forum software.
      I have not received a reply to that request. Just another reason to be unhappy with Ford.
      I would like to communicate with you to work out my problem.
