      Sorry for the late response. First time I logged in to this site in a year. I am currently trying to sell the mustang so I haven't been on in a long time.

      As for your question, I basically purchased a roll of black suede from Joann fabrics. I removed the headliner from the vehicle and vacuumed off any dust that was on it. Next, I cut the suede to hang over a little on each side. Then I sprayed the headliner fabric heavily with a 3M adhesive spray. Once I coated the headliner I laid the suede over the existing fabric and smoothed out any wrinkles. Then I took the excess material and hot glued it to the backside of the headliner. That should do it. Good Luck,

      hey JAY913 i was wondering if you can send me the steps u did do redo your headliner because i really need to redo mine, i too want to do the whole black on black interior but was wondering the material and steps you did to do yours. i have a 91 5.0 similar to your so yea any info would help a lot
