      Hello John,

just got your message, we found out what the problem was. We took our Mustang GT to another dealer and they diagnosed the problem in ONE day! I'm going to contact ford about the incompetence of the other dealer. Anyway, here is the solution, the technician called back to the Ford manufacturer in Michigan and spoke to an Engineer. It is the Master Cylinder, and the connector that goes into the Master Cylinder. Because of the high performance motor the connector keeps shorting out. So your dealer will have to order a new master cylinder and master cylinder connector assembly (specifically retrofitted/re-engineered for this higher performance engine). The Technician stated that there is a trouble ticket in the system already about this specific trio. Also they replaced the brake switch again. It fixed the problem. I'll write back tomorrow and let you know the specific write-up on the Service receipt, that listed the codes etc. Hope that helps! Melissa
