Where in cali are you in?? it's simple if your in southern cali go to a san diego post office and get a p.o. box, then go to the san diego dmv and tell them you live there and send all the dmv stuff to the p.o. box, for some reason they dont require testing. i've been doing it for years :) if you're in northern cali I think fresno is the city where you have to register but I have to double check.

More info on registering your car in another county for smog. Just moved to Cali and am interested in this but don't know what counties to register in or how the po box thing works. Thanks in advance ...
