I found a 2001 Exploder at the local pull-a-part. My plan is to build a 331 w/DIS to replace the carbed 351W in my 67 coupe. Along with the engine, I got the main engine harness, the
harness from the underhood fuse block, the PCM. Should I ditch the EEC-V in favor of a different engine management system? (i.e. Megasquirt). Any advice, help, etc would be great. Thank you.

I was wondering how thick of a piece of wood you used when you did the dashboard? I recently picked up a 1989 LX convertible 5.0 for next to nothing and am going to do a retro Shelby build with it and wanted to do the wood trim touches in it. Any help you could pass along would be greatly appreciated.

The dash pad was fabricated using 3/4" material. The Gauge cluster was made from 1/2" stock.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was headed to Lowe's this weekend to get the wood for the rear seat delete. But now I will just get all of it at once. Thank you!

Hey I was reading a post from you in a guys thread about swapping a 460 into a street fox. You said you had a bbf fox running 7.0's in the 90's. This car wasn't by chance grey and run at the mountain did it?
