Thanks for message and my apologies for not responding sooner. Travel a lot for work and have not been out on StangNet for some time.

Maybe the tech I was given to was just having a bad day, but was shocked when I am about to drop $10K on a complete suspension system and this particular tech would not give me any recommendations. I explained I was building a '69 Mach 1 into a restomod, and was looking for rack and pinion, front and rear suspension and four-wheel disc brakes. I asked about the differences in the Vari-Shock 1 and 2 and apparently upset the guy. I thought he would recommend a good daily driver set-up to me, but did not happen.

I did buy an RRS suspension system from Gateway which included a three link rear system with Baer brakes all around. Gateway is currently designing their own rack system so I have not received those components yet. Would be interested in any info you have on the TCP rack and pinion.
