They are rubber. Just a little stiffer than the '98 - '02 OEM UCA's. Supposed to be the same as the '03 - '04 OEM's. The urethane is too stiff. Near the end of the panhard installation, you will be instructed on how to center the axle in relationship with the LCA's chassis mounts. The UCA's won't center "squat". The guys at MM have been working with these cars chassis' for years. They are to Mustangs what geeks are to computors. It's pretty much nailed. Don't bother measuring to the sheet metal as this varies from car to car. GT
