thats ok we all start somewhere. I made a lot of mistakes along the way. Good part is that you have a nice set of heads that you should not take a hit on, you should be able to break even or maybe even make something off selling them and still getting another set.

What do you think I could get for the heads on there? I paid $700 for them.

I'm not 100 % sure but with those flow numbers and those size valves they are worth more then that. I sold my AFR 185's for $700 and that was a steal for the guy who bought them. My heads with the springs and valves and port work were $2,500 but that was built from a raw casting. Yours are used but Id put them around $1,500 and see where it goes from there. Put them higher if you want you can always lower it.

So I just bought a stock 2001 gt 5 speed and I want to build it to drive on the street more than the track. On order I have a CIA, exhaust, shorty headers, n 3.73 gears. I went with the shorties n 3.73's because I still want to have this car as a driver, tho not my daily driver. Anyway, I'm not too familular with tuning so my question is should I tune after these mods are installed?

I made the change from a camaro to a 95 mustang gt. Here is what the car came with 6psi powerdyne supercharger, trickflow upper and lower intake,BBK headers,BBK-X pipe,BORLA EXHAUST,VENOM FUEL INJECTORS,TAYLOR WIRES,,BBK 65MM THROTTLE BODY,UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS,BBK IN-LINE FUEL PUMP,MSD BOOST TIMING IGNITION BOX,BBK LOWERING SPRINGS,BRAND NEW MICHELIN TIRES .The car looks brand new.My 1st question is I got it for $4,000 does that sound like a good price?2nd it was running real rough I put new plugs in it but went with what ever stock called for cant remember gap think it was .54.It still misses out shifting into 2nd almost like back firing. Its a 5 speed and won't bark them through the gears. It still has stock rearend in it 2.73.The car has a 160 therm. in it but runs about 200.I've messed with timimg boost but can't really tell a differance.I really think it's a timimg problem with the temp being so high but i thought I'd ask the pros or someone with a sim. set up

Im having a huge problem with an idle rpm surge on my 94 cobra. I was told by a local dyno that it was attributed to my MAF being within 7" of my TB. (Im using a ProCharger p600b at about 6lbs, 90mm Lightning MAF, 42 lb injectors, BBK TB). I moved it back to 11" and now Im throwing codes for a mass air flow sensor out of range and it is running way rich... slightly less surging. Do you think the DBX will correct all these MAF problems Im having or any suggestions?
