Well, I was most of the way through the swap(converted it to RWD and motor mounts mocked up), and then I moved(was renting a garage from a guy who had his house foreclosed on...the engine was the last thing I was going to move....but it was stolen...along with my adapter plate I had made for it....I didnt have the heart to start over....mainly because of the obsolete parts...almost impossible to find and expensive when you do(plus the high maitenence...60k servicing) so I decided on a DOHC 4.6L this time around...pretty far along on it too, however if you are interested I have a pilot bushing from my old swap specifically made to fit inside the SHO crank(personally i hate rotary engines...very inneficient and heavy for what they are)

I was looking for others who have ventured outside the box...found you!!! my name is mark 67 coupe 302 aod4e. I am debating on my engine set up. I have the options of sho or a rotary gen8. I was curious as to the status of your sho project, I have not looked around the forum much so was not sure. you mentioned a shifter prob. I could probably help with that. I am a master fabricator....cnc's, mill, lathe, lasers, pressbrakes,hammer ALL OF IT!! I could do prints if that is all u need or help build.
