speaking of dating ive got a second date with a girl tonight

If we are talking about dating, i think i have decided i don't like guys anymore. (Not like i mean i want to be lesbian or something). The guy i have been talking called tues night and asked if i wanted to something, but i was sick so i said no, and he said thats ok and he'd call me wed nite. Well its sat and i haven't heard from him. I tried to call last nite and about 3 today. So i am not sure what the deal is, since he wasn't acting any different and he's called everytime he said he would in the last lik 3 weeks. I think i want to move away and just be by myself with my dog and maybe a radio for about 2 years. 
Although I am dating someone, I havent been on a date in almost a year... does that make sense??? Jonsch (thats his SN handle... he's got a white 96 cobra too!) and I have been dating for 10 months, and we haven't been on a date in like 9. We're just boring folk who like to spend our time workin on cars together.
I really miss the days when my boyfriend and i would just kinda spend time just laying around doing nothing. It was nice to have someone to talk about anything with and just sending ime together. Not necessarily going out all the time. But maybe it will go back to that one day.

Believe me, not calling doesn't necessarily mean anything. It could mean he has been busy the last few days....don't get too down about it.
Well, he did call last night and said he'd been staying with his brother and thats why he didn't call. But thats ok because we aren't dating. And i am not sure if i really feel much for him after all that, but I don't want a relationship with him, just kind of a friendship i guess. But guys and everything else are what are depressing me, not really himby himself.

wow my date went good... i was alittle nervous about it because i havent been on a "serious 1st date" in a while... it was really fun i picked her up (she loves my car hehe) and we went to go see the bounre identity.. or whatever.. thats a kickass movie by the way... then we went to go eat... it was neat first time ive gone on a first date and never had one of those awkward silences.... where you have to find something to talk about.... ya know? anyhow we crusied around for a bit and i took her home... when we said goodbye i gave her a hug and tld her id call her... which i have... i didnt go for a kiss.... hehehe well save that for a later time... im one of those people who stress having a special first kiss.. anyhow
I also raced two cars this weekend... one was a 4.6 mercury or something.... beat him by a length and half then i raced a tybiron.. is that how you spell it?? he beat me by a length to two... hard to tell exactly.. anyhow i had a great weekend!

Congrats on the date. I remember my first serious first date. I must have done a good job on impressing her and her family.
Yeah, that first kiss thing is kinda scary. I could barely give her a hug that night because I was so scared that she would see me as moving too fast.
I also raced a car this weekend. The bastage had the same exact car that I did. Looks like the same mods too. Stoopid mirror buildings. :laugh:

The first kiss proposition can be scary, but I judge how the date went and if I think she really had a good time then I go for a light fist kiss, nothing too heavy. Maybe that is just me though
Ok, as a girl, if i go on a first date and actually want the guy to kiss me, when we hug good-bye i kiss him on the cheek. Cause thats a easy thing to get out of if he doesn't want you to kiss him and if he does, he can pick on the signal. I have only used that twice and its worked well.
