I am interested in buying this X pipe to match up with my MangaPack cat back. Is anyone using this pipe yet? I like the idea of being able to take the cats out and the fact that you don't have to purchase another x pipe if I go with Long Tubes in the future.

What is the best Catted X pipe to go with MagnaPacks?

I can get pics tonight. I have the longtubes, no cat x, and cat back. I havent heard it outside yet, i still have to install gears, but all I can say is it is LOUD!! My straight pipes were nothing compared to this and i didnt even have it above 3 grand yet. I'll let you know more as far as sound quality later on tonight when i get it outside.

wow for all those features I'd say get it. Can the cats go in and out to switch back and fourth from catted to O/R ? And to be able to use with LT's later on sounds great to me. :nice:
yep the catted X is in 3 parts: u can use it with LT or stock manifold/shorties and also switch from catted to off road (u still need to purchase what they call race pipes for like 60 bucks)...I really like the concept..that's why I'm getting it..plus the quality is top notch :nice:
there is a grou pbuy on imboc.com. U can purchase it until January 4th. That's where I'm getting my set.

sounds cool , but I got My Jet Hot LT's, and Jet Hot O/R X ~ 6 months ago from www.theCorral.net group purchase (in thier forums) to go with my MF Catback ! That would have been nice to start with though. I sold my first Mac o/r H pipe, and my Magnaflow catted X to buy my Jet Hot stuff :nice:

Oh and my car wasn't bogging I was fanning the gas. Several people have asked me that.

Love 'em !

I've got the whole SLP setup, X, LT, LM and just ran a 12.73@107 with 3.27 gears, NA!!! And a race weight of 3476lbs! I love my SLP setup. Almost as loud as I like my stang! Z

I think I might have to go with the SLP xpipe.

Stallion98GT - did you purchase the race pipes from SLP? I would think you would be able to find SS pipes cheaper that would fit...i might be wrong though....

Thanks.

in mm&ff they did a review and install with the SLP loudmouth catback on their project "icebox" they said it was really nice and they picked up 12hp or something (car was s/c)

said it wasnt much louder then stock at idle but when at higher rpm's it screamed.
