went to the track, 1.77 60' on street tires
so tonight was the first time at the track for me in around a month(just reopened) and i was set on getting a new best since thats what all the other guys around here are doing(bill putnam, kurgan, wiz03gt)...anyway...
i got to the track tonight and had 2; 13.4 runs at 103.1X, w/ a 1.91 and 1.95 60'. i was kinda pissed since my best time was 13.23 before, and 13.25 on stock tires.
so i was frustrated and i decided to see what would happen if i heated up the nittos a good long time, and just give it a clutch dump from 4500 or so.
well, dumped the clutch...

needless to say, im happy with that, but hey i still want my 12! ive got my fox 4 cylinder front springs sitting in front of me, i hope those will help out a little bit, so i can get some consistent 1.7-1.8 short times. Also, have pulleys and Steeda 4600 series LCAs coming by next week, hopefully i can get my 12, while the weather is still good.
