Stock car except flowmasters ,hypertech chip ,180* thermostat , BBK CAI ,Timing 16* , stock clutch (no slipping) on street tires (goodyear ZR45 245/45/17) 65F outside, 3680lb with me

second time at the track with this mods:
Mac O/R H-pipe , 3.73s ,King Cobra clutch ,MaxSpeed 2" lowering springs , 160* thermostat , Short belt w/out Smog Pump and A/C,Timing 14* + flowmasters ,hypertech chip , BBK CAI , on street tires (goodyear GSC 255/45/17) 75F outside, 3680lb with me

I been on track 3 more times with 10-15 runs every time , same mods except : custom short shifter handle , race weight is 3750lb with me and 80F out side ( Mac O/R H-pipe , 3.73s ,King Cobra clutch ,2" MaxSpeed lowering springs , 160* thermostat , Short belt w/out Smog Pump and A/C,Timing 16* , flowmasters ,hypertech chip , BBK CAI , on street tires (goodyear GSC 255/45/17)

not too bad, although I would've expect faster times, and definetly faster MPH... it's all in the launch... you can get low 2.0s 60' times I'm sure... practice makes perfect :nice:

-try doing an increased RPM launch... kinda hard to describe, basically, hold the RPM at idle until you see the first light, then start increasing the RPM in a steady climb, time it so you are consistantly increasing your rev until you begin to slip the clutch out at around 4500 RPM... that should shave about .1-.2 seconds off... like I said though, practice makes perfect...
