You probably have a bad mil eliminator. Call the place you got them from and they will probably send you another set 
You can also go to an auto parts store and see if they will pull the code for you and see what it says. If it is for the O2 sensor, Im willing to bet you have a bad mil eliminator.

Your headers probably burnt out one of your front o2's It happened on mine, I thought I had a bad mil eliminator but it turned out to be a bad o2 sensor

Youve just got to get a new O2 sensor. Im sure you can get one from Ford, but shouldnt most part stores carry these? Since it deals with emmissions, it could be tough to come by

It's been a long time since my last SES light. Within a day of installing the L/T's I had my 1st SES light. I unhooked the battery and it went away. It was ONLY coming on after my wife would drive the car
Ironically, If I drove it...which was always kinda hard, i don't get the SES lights. My wife babies the car...and trips the SES light. It is most likely your MIL's. I'm getting my computer reflashed this week by Tim at T&J to eliminate the MIL's
BTW, the MIL's I have are BBK's. I went with them since I used their headers and h-pipe.
