Need help on head light

My passenger head light when i turn the high beams on it dims out. Im guessing i need a new bulb do i have to take my whole middle front head light out. I try to pop it out and it dont come.

PUt down the tools and step away from the car
seriously pop the hood turn the lock a quarter turn and pull the light out, un clip it and put in a new one-DONT touch the new bulb with your fingers.

the headlight should just pop out from the back. there is a ring that you have to twist to unlock it, then you just pull straight out.

if thats doesnt work check the blinker fluid cause some times the Kanooter valve gets pluggeds it's a pita to change.
