Can i put Convertible top from 98 V6 Stang on my 94 Stang

My convertible top is little bit worn out , I find one 98 V6 Mustang convertible on junkyard , my car is made in april '94 , some people said there is difference between convertible tops "to 10 '94" and "from 10 '94" is that true , and can I install top from 98 Mustang
This top come with glass window with defroster , so can I install top together with window (I don't wanna take window out than glued after top installation)

I think it should work, there isnt hardly anything different about them.

Any convertible top from 94-04 will work. The only difference is the fabric material. I have a 96-98 top on my car and I like the fabric much more than the 94-95 style.

I suggest leaving the top install to a professional.. Trust me, they take lots of time( if its your first), arent easy and usually turn out wrinked and kinked, not fitting correct.. Top installed ( in FL) goes for $600( everything), not sure how much of a price hike PA has..
