Anyone have pic.'s of nitto 315's on 17x9?

Anyone have pic.'s of nitto 315 d/r's on 17x9?

Preferably on sn95 bodystyle. I know there will be some bulge, but i'm wondering how much and how they'll look in a non-lowered car, wheel well. I know it's not "optimal size" tire for rim.

I know that the BFG's are way too wide for a 9" wheel, so with the Nitto's being a bit narrower, it shouldn't be as bad. I'd recommend 275/40's for a 9" wheel & 315/35's for a 10.5" wheel.

I guess just the nitto d/r's run narrow. I want the nitto's cause they last longer and i happen to like the way they look. I've seen a couple of pic.'s where it looks like too much bulge, and others where the bulge seems minimal. Has to do with tire pressure?

I just bought a set of AFS 03 cobra rims. 17x9 for the front and 17x10.5 for the backs. I will post pics of my 315's when I mount them. PS i got my welds for sale now, skinnies and fattys look awesome.

I have the nitto 315's on a 17X9 cobra R. They fit very good but they do fun smaller than the BFG's. I'll get pics as soon as I can.

Well the pic didn't come out great but maybe you can get the idea. I usually run my tire pressure at 20-22psi on the street, if you go much higher the middle of the tire will wear out alot quicker. Let me know if you need another pic.

did you have any rubbing issues, flip the quad shock? wheel spacers? lowered? any info would be greatly apprciated. I'm putting on afs white bullitts and doing the cat-back in a coupla weeks.

Doesn't rub at all, I have steeda quad shocks but they are not flipped, no wheel spacers and it is lowered with eibach springs.

Do you feel comfortable driving with the 315's on a 9inch wheel? The reason why I ask is I want traction in the rear but I also canyon race my car and I dont want to pop a bead when I'm cornering hard. Any input would be great.

You won't pop a bead, but you'll feel excess sidewall movement compared to a 275 on a 9" wheel.
