Prob. because thay are not the most ideal setup for your stock engine {easier on the motor}...

The boost builds on your current setup, on the K.B. its just there{harder on motor}...

Hey I would also like a k bell supercharger. I am gonna purchase some type of supercharger in the next month or so. Can someone who already has a k bell and about 50 thousands miles on it tell me how it is doing. I want to add the power of a supercharger and have the money to do it but dont want to be replacing my motor in like 20 thousand miles. Also tell me what kit you have the 6 or 9 psi kit. I am looking for something safe but will add some power. If someone thinks there is a better kit out there please let me know. I am open for suggestions.

I love my KB. After driving both centrifugal blown cars and an 03' Cobra, I personally like the power of the KB over the others. I have 31k miles on my car when the install was done and it is holding up ok. I have the 9psi IC kit and a very conservative tune. I say go for the KB!! :nice:

How many miles have you put on the car since you installed the kb 9psi kit.
 
Ok. So how would a Kenne Bell charger hold up on a built, forged, and Stage 2 ported heads 4.6 2v??? With lower compression say 9.0:1 or 8.5:1??? Might be able to get away with the 15 psi pulley on 93 octane???OPINIONS????? Might be a future project..........

It will do just great. I think with that set up you will have a TORQUE monster!
