You need to fix the problem, not band-aid it. The throttle plate is probably not centered correctly from the factory. You may also be getting carbon build-up. Take the throttle body off and take some VERY fine emery sand paper and polish the area in the throttle body opening where the throttle plates come to rest. You might find a ridge there by now. You should sand the ridge down smooth. When you are done, hold it up to a light so the light has to shine through the TB. Check for a light gap around the plate. If the gap looks big, then adjust it down more. If the throttle plate sticks, then look for where there is no light; this will be where you may need to sand some more so it will stop sticking. You may also have a burr or ridge on the plate itself. Check that too.
After cleaning, adjust the plate so that it does not stick, but it is as closed as can be without sticking.
If the throttle plate is adjusted too open, then your computer will have a harder time to set the idle.
After cleaning the throttle body, put it back on and disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes. Now start the car up and let it idle for about 10 minutes. If you have an auto, then let it idle for 5 minutes in park, then put it in drive and let it idle there for a few minutes, then go back to park.
