i just installed some aftermarket control arms on my car and now the upper bushings are squeaking very very loudly over bumps. the bushings in the housing looked alright and didn't squeak before so i dont' think it's those. i also tightened down the control arms at ride height so i don't think that's the problem either.

i'm gonna take them out saturday and put some grease on them to see if that helps at all. they didnt' come with directions so i don't know if i was supposed to do that in the first place or not.

anybody have any ideas besides greasing them?

Same here.
I WD-40 the hell out of them and that seemed to help. I'm having my whole rear suspension looked at in the next couple of weeks though also. I'm getting some really bad clunking noise when I go over bumps and this started when I put in new aftermarket uppers also.

about your clunk, make sure you arms and everything are tight. i forgot to tighten the shocks on mine :bang: and it clunked really badly until i realized what i had done.

i posted this on another board and they said that you are supposed to grease them before installation and i didn't do that so i'm gonna try that.
