I know that with the lincoln fron rotors you cannot run these wheels becuase the center cap interferience....but what if you just do not run a center cap. Can you then run these wheels? Thanx
ok, I will look around but as long as I know at worse case sceneio they will work without a center cap then Im golden. I will try to find sn95 stuff. But the ranger rear drums will work fine correct, or I could have my axles welded and re-drilled?
Just get the correct axles. With the amount of torque these cars make, don't rish compromising the integrity of the axle but cutting/drilling/welding or anything.
So the only front rotors with 5 lugs that can be used or the lincolns? I plan on going rear disc with the turbo coupe rearend. what axles and rotors can I use to convert that to 5 lug?
A friend's former car had the 98 Cobras on the SVO/ Mark VII rotors. The prior owner did the 5 lug conversion, and the wheels fit with spacers, but my friend got the SN95 stuff to convert it right.

Matt90GT covers this on his website, but there are really 3 options.
1. If it is the stock TC setup, get the 94-98 5 lug axles and redrill the rotors to 5 lugs.
2. You can modify the brackets to mount inside the axle flange or get the www.northracecars.com brackets and use the 5 lug Ranger/ Aerostar axles, along with redrilling the rotors for 5 lugs.
3. Sell the setup and get a true 5 lug setup.
Either way, there is no 5 lug rotor that will work with the TC calipers and brackets, so you have to redrill the rotor.
