Hello
I was given a set of aftermarket upper control arms. I need to get some bushing for both of them. Can i use the stock ones or do i have to buy set somewhere. If so is there a better aftermarket set to buy?
Thanks for you help
David
since you are putting the time to install them you might as well buy some new performance bushings.. check MM or steeda.com

BEWARE if you change them! The stock bushings are very difficult to remove! I used the largest hole saw I could get to fit into the bushing mount in a 1/2 inch hammer drill to remove the bulk of the bushing. Then, I used an air grinder with a cone shaped abrasive bit to get the rest of the rubber out and get down to bare metal. Still, it took about two hours and I was shagget out . . . btw, my car had 5k miles on it when I did this . . .

You can re-use the stock ones but as damacman says they are a major pain in the ass to change. Plan on several hours to get them out.

I was just informed that i am getting a set of lower control arms too. A friend of mine works at a wrecking yard and they can't sell aftermarket so most of the guys take the parts. But he said they need bushins as well. So i checked out steeda on the uppers. now i need the lowers.
Any idea where to get the bushings cheap
