I know I have read about this issue with Mustangs before, but I thought I would put the question out to everyone to get a answer rather than dig through all my mags. I have anti-freeze dripping into my passenger side front. What causes this, what's the fix, is it a "easier" do it yourself. Or is it more involved work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Most likely your heater core is busted. Check for any loose hoses before you spring for a new one. I had this happen to me. It was one of the first things that i replaced. Since it is summer, and heat isnt as desireable, you can always bypass the heater core and not worry about it. Worked for me until it got cold last year.

I had the same problem. I thought that it was my heater core, but upon tearing it apart I found that it was just a cracked hose. My recommendation is that whatever you find, replace the heater core anyway while you have it apart. They are only $20 and it will save you a lot of time later.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'm in Wisconsin and it's a 69 convertible, so I use the heater during the short season we do get. I appreciate the quick reply. Any other info is welcome. Just wanted to say thank you.
