All my Neighbors are cool! It's mostly a very "young" neighborhood. (by that I mean, It's out of the city limits, and people are very laid back.) Actually the guy that owns the house in the background came up with the idea to take the pic! He 's a car nut , and fellow Ford fan. The bottom pic was taken before I installed the billet grilles in the car. You can see them in the top pic., kinda.

-65fastback, thanks for posting the pic.s

The only people who dont appreciate my roasting of tires are the police, forgot to look out one time... oops. But concidering my dad is a cop, my neighbor hood is pretty off limits. allthough he has a #'s matching 68 426 hemi road runner they are still off limits.

Damned nice looking car! Gotta love fastbacks, and the gold on black is my favorite color scheme.

Can't tell, but it looks like some of that tire smoke came from the bottom scoop, is it functional?

More pics please, show the interior and engine bay ect.. ect..

I think his is green/gold if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks all for the comments! Yes it's Ivy Green with Gold stripes.

-Myfirst67, The front apron was a straight forward bolt on, nothing to it.

-Demonic, The scoops aren't functional, it's a clone, and I couldn't bring myself to cut holes in the quarters.

Did you rivet or screw on the scoops? If they are easy to get off you might want to go ahead and put in the ducting. My Shelby (real) has had them for 38 years now and there is no sign of rust or leakage if that is your concern. The big benefit to making them functional is that they are an aerodynamic problem just catching the air like a brake.....there will still be a little of this with the ducting since it is a rather low tech implementation but much better that a big air catch. They do actually cool the brakes pretty good too.

-Ronstang, As far as the scoops go, I think I'll leave 'em be. but I would like to see a pic of yours!

-brtnstrns, the apron came from Branda, very nice quality!

-Historic, Yes! I got that mother slammed and the stance is much nicer now! You can see in the top pic. that is was a bit high after I installed new leafs and shackles. (at least for my taste.) Thanks agian!!!!!
