motorsport vs not?

i see cobra r's and i see cobra r motorsports....the motorsports have things around the inside of the rim, what are those? are they holes cut in it? what are those things? what other differences are there? why are they more expensive? heres a link so u can see for yourselves..... thanks for your help

well, i think it was you that asked it before and i responded, the things you see around the inside of the motorsports are supposed to look like bolt heads to make it look like a multi peice wheel thats bolted together, they cost more cause its a little harder to add that detail to them
