2. THERE IS A BRACKET ON THE BELL HOUSING FOR THE SHIFT LEVER. ITS BROKEN, WHERE DO I GET A REPLACEMENT AND HOW DO I INSTALL IT?

how to remove the pilot bushing

Autozone has a service where you can use their tools for free with a security deposit.

What you need is a "pilot bushing" removal tool...they have them.

looks like a gear puller but the claws are pointing outward, slip the tool into the hole of the bushing, tighten the tool to get the claws snug against the bushing and use the slide hammer to get it out.

Use the proper tool to put the new one in.

To get pilot bushings out that you don't need to reuse I simply find the appropriate size tap and run it into the bushing (threading it) until it bottoms out on the back of the crank.....then I proceed carefully until the bushing simply pops out.
