scottie1113 said:I think it depends on where you live. I drove a stick as a daily driver for 37 years, including about 5 1/2 years in Seattle and San Francisco, but when I bought my Mustang 27 months ago I got my first automatic because of Southern California traffic. I doubt that I'll ever go back to a stick as a daily driver, but I'd have one as a fun car. That's just me.

There is no excuse for buying a new Mustang with an Automatic.
scottie1113 said:Yes there is. Because I want one and I can. It's personal preference.
It doesn't matter to me what anybody thinks about my choice. It's my car and I'm old enough not to care about anyone else's biases. You drive what you want, I'll drive what I want, and let's all get along.
