Passenger side turbo is mounted

Hey 1105, looks great!! I'm gathering parts to do the same thing. At the moment, gathering information more so than parts. I have 1 turbo at the moment and that's about it. I'm going back to school this summer where I'll have access to a welder and an awsome professor that used to be an engineer for boeing! (since my knowledge of turbos is limited to "wow...."). I know this is your post and all, but I was wondering if you get some time could you send me a parts list or something. Seems like you know what you're doing and I need all the help I can get. I can work on just about anything but I have never been exposed to turbo setups. Good luck with your project, hope everything works out for your and my sake. Oh yea, I've started plumbing a water injection system already as well. I've found quite a bit of info on it so far. Might be something you want to consider with a TT setup.

stocker, I'll do a list of parts later tonight. I just took a quick break to get something to eat :) I'm going to go insane with this drivers side header if I cant get it done tonight! :bang: I'm basically having to remake the whole header (like Bugga but he made his from scratch) and its a lot of friggin work and hard too! As for water cooled... Only one of my turbos has the fittings to be water cooled... Oil will be enough

Back out to work on the header... hopefully I'll have pictures tonight of it finished... Can only hope and pray

Looks nothing like it did before :D We were out there for a good amount of time... Heres a before and some after pictures of the drivers side header. My dads going to take it to the station tomorrow and finish up the welding. Ugly as sin eh?

EGR has allready been done away with for awhile now. Heres the list of parts I'm using:

Two Garrett T3 .60/.63 Turbos
Two Wastegate Elbows
Two Wastegate Actuators
BBK Shorty Headers
Two DSM Intercoolers
Two T3 Flanges
Arsortment of exhaust pipes
Silicone Hose
Hose Clamps
Pro-M Bullet MAF 75mm
Braided Oil Feed lines, rubber drain lines

And for fuel....

Kirban FPR
42lb Injectors
Walbro 255lph High Pressure Pump
Inline pump once I get it done and have the money for one
And a trunk mount battery relocation kit

I think that covers all of the parts I've used.

I dont really know much about turbos, so maybe its included in there already, but is there gonna be some kinda of blow-off valve? Cause for my life I can't think of anything much cooler then a nasty v8 rumble, turbo's spooling up, then a blow off valve going schhhhh when you shift.

I dont know if you already thought about this, but that turbo sits quite a ways away from engine. Have you found away to support the turbo yet? In the DSM community some tubular manifolds have a tendancy to crack from the weight of the turbo. I would really suggest making some kind of sturdy support for it that goes back to the engine. Dont mount it to the car cause the engine moves :p. Other than that cant wait to see it run. TT mustangs make me hide ;) and I have the set up to run high 11s...I just gotta go do it :D

I'm going to be getting a BOV... kinda needed, but I'm going for a quiet one. Dallas, I'm more than likely going to be welding in a support that hooks the pipe to the header for my strength.

Another update.... Drivers side header is done... Waiting for my dad to get back home so we can finish welding the pipe and turbo flange to it then I'll be able to mount the turbo for that side, run oil feed and drain lines and then will be able to start it up  then turn it right off and mess with the body some because I know at least one of the turbos is going to be hitting cause its a tight fit in :bang:
