Does anyone here know where you can order one in Canada? its like $400 american plus shipping and duty charges. Would be a rediculous price to get it. So if anyone knows it would be appreciated thanks!

There is no duty on car parts comming out of the the US it's part of the North American free trade agreement. As long as they say made in the USA.

But there is exhorbitant brokerage fees. Unless you go pick it up and fill out the paperwork yourself, places like UPS charge you through the nose for bringing your stuff through customs.

UPS charges insane amounts for brokerage fees. When my X-Pipe came across, I had to pay something like $87. Of that $87, $32 went to UPS and the rest was for duties.

Canada post only charges $5 for brokerage. If at all possible, get it shipped via USPS, then it gets handed off to Canada post and you only pay $5 + duties instead of $32 + duties.

I boycott UPS as much as I can because of their stupid prices. I called them once to ask WTF was going on. Their responce was "Our brokerage fees are comparable to those of our competitiors.". I told them Canada Post only charges $5. They said that Canada Post doesn't provide the same level of service as UPS..

I have had Items enter via greyhound and canada post and never paid anybrokerage fees. When having it sent have the company write gift on the form. tell them it is for a family member.

That is only good for items worth under $50Cdn. Any item worth over that amount (even used items, or items purcased privately) will be subject to brokerage fees, even if it says "gift".

Alright, looking forward to seeing your car. How much did it end up costing you after tax and shipping and to get it put on. Just trying to see if it's worth it. :)

$700 to buy it and get it here, then to put it on and paint its hard to say the whole car is getting done but i guess it would cost approx $500 or so just to put it on and paint.
