Snow Handling

I'd reccomend snow tires, at least in the back. I had some problems with traction this winter (first winter with the car though, so maybe toss it up to a learning curve for the extra power and RWD over my old saturn)

I live on a hill, though, and trying to get up that hill if it isn't well-plowed is a real pain in the rear. It took me 10-15 attempts and in the end I had to just start at the bottom where it was a little clearer, and just floor it up the hill. Coming to a full stop meant getting stuck.

I'll be buying a pair of good snow tires this fall :)

My stang handles like a dream in snow. I have 16" Goodyear Ultragrip snowtires. I wouldn't even dare drive one with gatorbacks or nittos. But yeah no problems at all driving. I grew up driving in snow though.

Go to an empty parking lot and learn how to steer out of a controlled slide and then over steer it and see what it does. Donuts can teach you a thing or two about how to drive in snow.
