Full length headers CHEAP , ceramic coated for $347 bucks , same design as Hookers

I'm also interested to see if anyone has installed these. Right now on Summit the painted headers are $231.99 and the X pipe is $95.39. That's a total of $327.38 for headers and matching X pipe. That's an awesome price! I want to hear from someone who has them first. I'm hoping to get them and that they will sound good with my magnapacks. Anyone?

well were I work we sell the hookers all the time , the guy at holley , Mike Bullard told me they are the same headers but just in a flowtech box , minus the Hooker tag on actual headers , they are the same headers , I have only heard of a couple complaints online about the hookers , so I would hope the ceramics atleast would be of great quality .... IMO If I hadnt bought the BBKs before these came out this is what I would buy myself .....

i just emailed flowtech...
Hello
The coating is on the outside and inside what they can spray. We have
a 90 day warranty. The hooker will be a better performance header and
in some app a better fit.
Thanks
Eric

Your question was:
ive been trying to get info on the flowtech headers but cant find much.
im interested in the ceramic coated ones and have a few questions.
one, the ceramic coating is it just an outside coating *on the flowtech*
or is the inside coated also. 2nd, is there any type of warrenty
offered. and lastly, what are the major differnces between the flowtech and
the hooker headers since they are made by the same company. thanks, Matt

If you have further questions, please reply directly to this email with
history without altering the subject line.

everybody loves the hookers , same exact headers just cheaper .

They're not the same. Yes, the design is the same. Tubing thickness is different. Tubing diameter may be different depending on particular model and whether its a Comp or SuperComp. Plating may be different on plated models. There are no free lunches! Holley aims Flowtech at the low end of the market and Hooker at the high end. Pay less, you get less!

please post info proving this. . .

I have these headers and matching x pipe, and I was shocked with the quality. They are very nice headers for the money, and the fit was good with the exception of the EGR. As stated before tubing thickness is different then the Hookers, but they are the same design. I went from stock manifolds with Pro-Chamber to this setup and it was a crazy difference as far as SOTP gain. Don't forget that the sound at idle will be quieter, but at WOT it sounds like the world is coming to an end. For the money......you can't go wrong.
