How is the Mach sound system?

No subwoofer, but it does have an enclosure under the rear deck that enhances the bass from the deck speakers...
The MACH1000 system comes with 2 subs though, and it can hook up to any exsisting Mach460 system very easily...

Me Personaly i think it sucks. I have it in my 99 cobra and i hated it. I replaced everything. All new 6X8's new subs new head unit. The mach 1000 is the way to go. if you want bass. I like crisp clear sound and the mach sounds muffled to me so i replaced them all. compaired to the Bose in my Camaro the mach is nothing.

It's good for a factory system, but if you're into really car audio, you probably won't be satisfied with it. It is loud, but it doesn't sound super clean.

I never really listen to the music, because the exhaust is good enought for me, but when i do listen to it, i LOVE it. Good luck with what ever you choose/do!

My first mod was gutting the system, for Alpine HU, MB mids & highs,2 MTX 10's,& JL amps. Now it sounds good @ any level.
