Can I use these on my non cobra car? I heard that the mass air was calibrated for 19lb's and the computer was changed for 24lb injectors. Anyone know about this ?
I've never heard that the maf was calibrated for 19's and that the computer "changed it". If you're after the larger diameter, just change the sensor on the top from your old one to the cobra one or get the injectors to match the maf sensor and then change your fuel pressure to match or get a chip thats burned for the 24lbers.

I was going to buy a cobra mass air and injector set. If it is true then it seems that it wouldn't work with my computer. I know I have heard people using Cobra mass airs with 19lb injectors.
In simple terms, the Cobra EEC adjusts for the 24# injectors.
The Cobra meter is "calibrated" for a Cobra EEC (X3Z) with 24# injectors. The Cobra mass air transfer function (kg/hr vs volts) happens to be similar to the stock GT (A9L) transfer function so a Cobra meter "almost" works with 19s and an A9L. But the transfer function is different so it's far less than an ideal solution.
Yes, because your EEC thinks it has 19# injectors. The only way, w/o a chip or tuner, to make it work right is to use the whole set - 24s, Cobra meter, and Cobra EEC.
