In hindsight, I should have started with the supercharger and then added bolt-ons as I was able. Right now, I've spent around $2100 in parts and another $1000 in labor. These bolt-on modifications added 42 rwhp (50 bhp) to the stock 208 rwhp (260 bhp) To go over 300 rwhp (380 bhp), I will probably need a custom cam and polished/ported heads. The cost for parts and labor is around $4000. For about the same price, I can have a supercharger installed. That should bring me close to 400 rwhp (500 bhp).
