Any of you Boston area guys want to meet up around here and cruise down? I have no idea how to get down there. I figure we'd use the same routine as last year if the same guys are going down.

Hey boys....I might not make this one...seems i'm in DIRE need of a new clutch for my baby. I could also use a new pair of tie-rod ends to eliminate that horrid squeeking that I hear whenever I hit a pebble in the road or make a sharp turn  . I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of who would make a good clutch for my Stang. King Cobra or what? I've never had to replace one so just curious if anyone has an opinion on their aftermarket clutch for me :D
-Ruzman

P.S Mike (Mustang5L5) sorry I haven't responded to your post about trying out my shifter. The clutch is the reason why, plus I haven't been home for more than 24 hours since I went on vacation. I promise once I get the new clutch installed i'll let you take her for a spin...ok :nice: . I will say though without a doubt that I have no complaints about my UPR shifter :nice: It works, shifts and all that just as good as the 5.0 pro shifter. I'd buy one if you can Mike I got mine a few years ago at the FFW for I think it was $120.00.

S.P.E.C. makes a really nice clutch for your car, and i believe you can buy one thru stangnets partshopper service. u know how i pound the crap out of my car i took it out after over a year of use and it looked brand new. i'd get a ford throw out bearing though the plastic one with the spec is kinda sketch. let me know if ur doing it yourself or if ur having someone do it for ya. its kinda a pain in the ass to do but its not too too bad. u will want to get ur flywheel resurfaced or step up to a billet one if u have the extra $$.

Heya

Hopefully I'll manage to make it, the blower and gears will be done this week, along with a redone amp rack for my stereo ... gotta get that NEBOC application done too ;)

Me = The black '01 cobra from the Rodman show ;)

Welcome aboard cardinal.. We talked at Rodman, I was parked along side ya all day..

------------------

2 weeks to go.. And the headcount is lookin good except for the RUZ.. :(

We'll just have to make due without him again..

Note: This is the last scheduled A&W event on the calendar for the group.. All the rest of the season's events are elsewhere.. So make sure you attend this one if you haven't seen an A&W event yet with NEBOC..

Dave are you sure it's the Tie-Rod? I noticed your squeak the last time I saw you and it's the exact same noise I make but mine is my ball joints I'm pretty sure.

I need some directions from Boston. Seems nobody from my area is really meeting up to cruise so i gotta head down alone.

From 93 go south to 95 south. Take 95 south, you will go past 495. Get off on 295 south. Follow it to exit 7B for Rt 44 (Greenville). At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right. A&W will be about a 1.5 miles up on the left.

Its 4:00 and due to a last min personal thing I will not be able to attend.
I am sorry about this , Please post on our forums on what i missed. I will be attending fun ford next week and Thanks Carol for offering Neboc a hang out. I will also be bringing a canopy ..

see you all soon
