anything to look for when buying a 94-95 5.0?

i currently have a '98 V6 auto stang and am looking for a stang with a 5-speed tranny. i came across a '94 5.0 5-speed, sounds like a pretty nice car. it has 112,000 miles (is that too many?) a clutch that only has 5,000 miles on it, good tires, an off-road H pipe and flowmasters. it has 3.73 gears and posi. the guy said he bumped into his buddy at like 5mph and smashed his hood and bumper, so that is why he has the svo hood. what is there to look for when looking at the 94-95 5.0's? it seems like a nice car, but im sure you guys could tell me a lot more than i can see by looking at the car.

any comments would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Looks kinda like my car. The mileage is nothing to worry about. My car has 117,000 on it and purrs like a kitten. If you test drive it. Take a look at the oil pressure make sure its still high!
