Most cost effective way to make a 2003 GT into a low 13 to high 12 second car??

Def. gears and drag radials, and possibly a shorty shifter. Those stock shifter are horrible from 2nd to 3rd, I swear that that I shaved a full second w/the tri-ax I purchased. Maybe exhaust X or H pipe and a little suspension can get the average driver into low 13's possibly high 12's with practice.

I don't see how gears, nitrous, and drag radials wouldn't do it. Maybe not the prettiest way, but it would do it.
Precisely.

4.10 or 4.30 gears, 100 shot, and drag radials should get you into the 12s - EASY.
If you want the much more expensive route, try these parts:
Steeda High Flow Intake, Accufab 75mm Throttle Body, Accufab Upper plenum, Steeda Underdrive pullies, Steeda Timing Adjuster, BBK Long tube headers, BBK off road X pipe, Bassani Cat back exhaust, Ford Racing 4.30 gears, Steeda Tri-Ax, Upper and Lower control arms, and drag radials. That should put you in the mid to low 12s if you can really drive the car.

Thank you everyone with all the suggestions. I knew alot of the answers were going to be the bottle, but if I didn't want to go that route, what is the next best? Thanks again for all the help!!
