If oil is getting into the combustion chamber, it can only be one of two things. The oil ring on the piston is bad, or the valve guide is bad.
If it's the oil ring, the fix is obvious. But the cause is a mystery. You should definately get that cylinder checked out. Maybe the bore is out of spec. Or, it could just be a defective ring.
If it's the valve guide, then you need to ascertain what caused the valve guide to break. Like said above, a loose rocker or whatever. Hopefully the valve isn't bent.
