Been thinking about that...but it seems everyone up here has done it...oddly...staying with the stock grill makes you look different.

Still might do it though...next priority is the brakes...and more susp. tweaks.

My local shop (Steeda.ca) are talking to me about water/meth injection too...loving this hobby...it never ends!

I totally agree staying with the original honeycomb. I thought the same thing although the grill delete does look sweet. So what times do you have and how much rwhp, if you already posted that I must of missed it. But very nice ride she looks smooth.

rwhp is 340 (6psi non-cooled) - and it's got 4:10s in the a$$

No times...probably won't be any either...need 1 less obsession in life...10ths cost $1000s...and I'm already pushing it with the wife.

Just a sweet toy that ripps real good...and hopefully looks as good as it goes.

That's a nice ride brother :nice: polished KB :drool: love the Autometer gauge cluster too. :cheers:

Yeah the lunar cluster is sweet...I scored it for half price over the winter..one of the hard core guys up here changed his mind on his interior set up...got it for half of retail...still in the wrapper. :banana:

I was ready to do the MAC insert..so it was a timely find!

That cluster is in the REAL speed...MPH...no kph even on the dial...so I have to be careful...our highways say 100kph...if I'm doing 100...it's trouble...and she hits 100 real quick now.

The FP and Boost are lunars as well.

Cheers

what kind of springs are on the car?

The "weak link" for this season anyway...MAC's...with their upper/lower rear control arms...and the Tokico shocks/struts from the Bullit. Been on there for two seasons...barely drive it...so like 5000kms.

Off season budget is going towards brakes!!!, Steeda springs...upr/lower control arms, sway bars, CC plates, bumpsteer/tie rod kit...tokico 5 ways...a panard rod...or maybe a 5-link.

Didn't know if I'd step up like this with the car..but I have..so the suspension it going back for round 2!

:nice:

Wow man, I am really jealous. Black is my favorite color, even though its a pain to keep clean, they look so awesome when they're waxed. I wish my Mustang was black. Maybe my next car (Cobra :D ) will be black

you said you got 4.10s??? you dont have any issues with such and agressive gear and the s/c? Ive riden in a bolt-on NA 99gt with 4.10s and i thought 1 and 2 gear were really short. do you have any traction problems?

The blower changes the car completely.

When she was NA with the 4:10s...I would spin the tires alot. Still had the pedal-to-the-firewall mentality from driving her with the 3:27's.

I'm finding I'm spinning the tires less with the extra power...instead of mashing the pedal in the lower gears..you just squeeze it...the extra power from the lung tries to ripp your pants off...but you still have grip. Just a little adapting is all. She's not a daily driver..and I've been caught in the rain (TC is disarmed with the chip) you've got to be gentle...but she's totally driveable. But I'd say don't even think about this set up in the snow...unless you're running studs in the tires.

1st and 2nd are really quick though.

I didn't go with the 9psi and cooler because of the gears...thinking the extra 60rwhp might have caused a severe traction issue....but no issues with the 6psi and the 4:10s...absolutley loving the combo!

I'd pony up for a T56 6-speed before I'd part with the 4:10s...too much damn fun! :banana:

I've gotta ask about the White gauges. Is your speedo in MPH now? I've never seen white gauges in KPH. Maybe the stock cobra gauges but who knows what Ford would charge for those...

YUP...MPH only...no kms even listed on the dial.

You get used to it

40 = 25
50 = 30
60 = 40
80 = 50
100 = 60

But you've pretty much got a handle on which gear at what revs to match the limit...so no biggie
