Saw the sales rep today here in Fallujah. This was a quote he did for the guy ahead of me (he forgot to change the name on the quote). Seems like they added alot of fluff.
$4272 to be exact...Extended warranty, Shaker stereo, Interior upgrade, Anti theft system, and Bright wheels...
I got one of these price quotes awhile back and looks good to me but not going to pull the trigger. As for this guy minus all his fluff and add all the discounts I came up with $21,105.50. Not bad for a brand new 05 GT
Nothing official about it...just MSRP from 04 mustang GT then added UPLIFT for what they are guessing will be the price of 05 mustang....either way its a great price cause if the MSRP is more then they guessed you dont pay more but if it is less then you get the difference back saaaweet...
Gotta love those child safety locks on the rear doors, listed on page 3. Interesting that they're planning on different rearend ratios based on the tranny choice.
That AAFES buying service can be a good thing, many a fellow soldier has bought a Harley through them. Gotta stay safe over there!
Wow there are a bunch of military people posting here. Keep up the good work guys and thank you! I don't think I would want to drive my brand new 2005 gt around Fallujah though
Alot of folks "talk" about supporting our troops, I've come to Iraq to support our troops. I'm a government contractor over here, but I am also prior service.
We cruise around the camp in an Excursion, at least its a Ford product.

Just because people "talk" about supporting our troops doesn't mean they are any less patriotic than you. Many of those people aren't in the position to volunteer for service in Iraq so they show their support through other means.
I almost ordered a 50th Anniversary Vette through the PX on my way out thru Kuwait in May of last year, but never got the chance to do it. Maybe I'll order a 05 GT conv on my way out next time. I'm heading back in about 3 months.
