Where is Laferriere Racing?

I had them install a complete exhaust a few months back. Now im trying to sell the car, and one of the headers is loose and rattling, and I need the AC hose replaced that was burnt through during the install. I have left numerous Phone Mesages and e-mailed them, but to no avail. Does anyone know where they are?

i have a question for you .... when u get that AC hose fixed and the bolts fixed are u going to have to pay for it?cause it seems like no attention to detail was payed to your car when installing the headers ... just wondering

my business is what happens if i wanted to have Long tubes installed on my car ... or someone asks me where to get it done ....what am i supposed to do pay to have my stuff put on then have to go back and pay again when the install wasnt done right ? dude i think u would be a little pissed if u had work done to your car and **** started to melt away ,and then u have to repay for it to be fixed .............all i asked was a simple question and u jumped in and jumped on my case

You obviously know this person. If you guys have a problem with someone just face him like a man and stop whining over the internet. That was a personal attack, not a legit question.

We warranty everything we do, something happens, bring it back, no charge.
I would think that even a chip tuner would warranty his tune, like maybe it would take two or three times to satisfy the customer. Just an example.

not sure what u are trying to acomplish here..... but since when is it illegal to talk trash on the internet? and what does my selling any cars have to do with this thread ? u want to show up and talk thats fine but dont show up and be the "tuff guy" cause u will be asked to leave....

None of us throw jabs, we state real world experiences so that people know what they are in for. Everyone deserves that and what I talk about is based on several incidents which are all 100% true, not just one. You don't like it and neither does Eric so instead of looking at your business and fixing the problems, which in my case would have simply someone competent enough to take messages and make sure they are received, you put the blame on us w/ your childish insults and crybaby posts/PM's. Instead why not fix your problems w/ your business and maybe treat customers properly and learn a litte bit about customer satisfaction. At least Dez had the intelligence enough to hire someone to answer the phone and take messages if need be.

You will turn this around on me I am sure, that appears to be your nature, passing the blame onto someone else. You come on here and go on and on about how great Eric is. Then he makes a mistake and you get nasty and defensive when its brought up. What makes you more mad? That he made a mistake or that someone asked about a warranty? If you do warranty your work then what are you complaining about? Fix the car properly at no charge to the customer and send him on his way. He will say where the work was done, what happened and how you handled it. You won't lose any business and people will respect you more because you handled it properly.
