License plate bracket?

Does anybody know where I might find a license plate bracket for an '04 Cobra? I live in Missouri which requires front license plates, but I don't want to put holes in my bumper. Thanks.

Even a plate bracket requires you to put a few holes in the cover.

I guess I was hoping for a plate bracket that mounted from underneath the bumper...

Shouldnt it come with it since it is required in your state? I dont recall the one I was given as having to drill holes in the bumper, but I dont use it. If I find it you are welcome to it squire.

If you do have one, I would definitely appreciate it--I would insist on paying for it, of course. Mine only came with a little plastic bag of screws and instructions to violate my front bumper! Maybe I just need to find out what the fine is for running without a front plate
