I was fighting with spinning 2nd gear, had to mess with tire Psi since I had to heat the tires up longer, the track was cold. If 2nd grabbed like it did before 2 weeks ago,,,, I think my 12.89 run could of been a 12.7 if I got a good 60ft with it....... Im impressed {surprised} with the way the car ran with the stock gears in it.

If all you have is LTs, X-pipe, pulleys, filter and tires Id say go for the 11s. Add some suspension, Bullit intake, MAF, TB, and a set of slicks (4.30s also, lol). I know guys with that combo I mentioned who went 12.1s, but they were only trapping 109-110, your already close to that mph with half the stuff they had. Might be fun to get some 11s NA with only bolt ons!

That might be the plan for next year :D

Im using Macs Because of the price of them. If I had money I woulda whent with hookers......No Its not tuned Yet.

Weight is with me in the car.
Race seats
took off dogbone
no back seat
Upr lower control arms saved some weight
centerLine telstars out back
A/C delete
took out sound deadener
Modified stock hood to be lift off.......thread is under drag racing at moduLar depot some were
Some unneeded braces were taking off around the car
cutting stock springs lost a few pounds.
Tail pipes cut off and dumped behind mufflers
took bumper suports off[taking out a day or 2 before race time]
took pasenger seat out at the track.
Might be forgetting some crap I use to have it all Listed on my comp but Lost it all when my comp Locked up.

Did you strip out the heater and radio yet ??

If so, it must be one cold and noisy ride home from NH with nothing in the cabin but a frame..

Heat and radio are still in the car Joe. Ride home was like any other. Windows down the a T-shirt on. Cold don’t bother me, im a carpenter who works out side in the dead of winter even if it is below 0%. Next year the heater box will be out of the car. Just another one of them useless things ford put in my car, which I did not buy the car for.

Thanks for the congrats Joe, seeing I put Rhode Island on the map for having the fastest 2V modular with stock gears on Nittos and did it with minimal mods. :spot:
