I'm an yet another Michael to the Canada East Forums. I'm 21 and have had my 95 gts for the past 3 years or so. I spent alot of money on it in the last 2 years, particulary on the wheels ( thanks again mario!) I'm originally from the west island (kirkland!) in Montreal but currently i'm in my second year @Georgian College in Barrie Ontario studying Automotive Marketing :nice:

I've been with my girlfriend for the past 4 years, 3/4's of that was long distance because she lived in ottawa.

Because of school, i find that i rarely get to post ( but i'm trying) and i hope to never leave the forums once i'm done school. My favourite passtime has to be driving and when i'm not doing that, i'm thinking of the next time i could be driving :D I also enjoy playing roller hockey...for some reason i'm a cow on ice skates.

This winter i will be working with Ford for the Canadian autoshow circuit so you might be able to see me in Toronto, Montreal or wherever you may be.

Great to hear about everyone!

I don't really know about what in-fighting is going on here but here's a bit about myself. I'm a 36 old year auto tech for a Montreal Ford dealer. I've been married for 7 years and have a 18 year old step daughter and 2 kids of my own, a 6 year old girl and a 18 month old boy who's first word was "car" and says "Mustang" everytime he sees a car with a horse on it. Even a Ferrari is a Mustang to him :D . They are what keep me going in life. I got my 03 vert Oct 03. Never really craved a Mustang but always wanted a convertible. Well it has given me so much pleasure to drive it and it is fun to drive the kids around with the top down and take them to the DQ. They LOVE it. Once a week I take it to the dragstrip so I get to have fun my way. The best part of owning a Mustang is how easy you can get answers to questions I may have from boards like this. I find everyone on here very helpful. Take care guys :nice: .

Hi guys,

I'm Matt. People call me shorty because I'm 5' 6" lol. Most of you have seen me around the forums. I live on Orleans (in Ottawa, Ontario). I've have lived here all my life, and I have no regrets about it.

I'm 19 and I go to Algonquin College. I am enrolled in Police Foundations, second year. After this, I will be going to Ottawa University to take 4 years of Criminology. Should be, um, FUN ... yeah. After that I'll apply to be a police officer.

I work in fast food (part-time), and I hate it to death. Everyone is so rude and disrespectful. I am currently looking for a part-time job in security or something automotive related.

I'm big on American sports cars and cycling (my other major hobby).

I drive an '02 GT which I bought this past September after saving up for it for 3 years. I love it to death, although I think it may have some power-related issues. Never-the-less, I've got lots of mods planned.

Thats about it!!

Matt :)

Well I'll be 25 in January, grew up mostly all over Ontario (born in Barrie) before settling here in the west island, Montreal.

I work for Via Rail as an Officer, Operations Control. ( sort of like an air traffic controller) in the control center downtown Mtrl. It's a great job since I'm in charge of trains across the country I deal with alot of different people. I'm from a family that pretty much all works/worked in the rail industry so I guess it's like the family business.

Personally I live with my fiancee in Pincourt with our 3 year old daughter. In my spare time I like to work on cars at my dad's shop we currently have: 63 t-bird, 91 SC t-bird, 88 TC t-bird, and a 76 F-150 that is on the go and of course my 88 LX is a never ending project. I'm an avid golfer in the summer and play music (drums mainly) whenever possible.

As you can see I don't have much time to post here but this site has been very helpful with a lot of my projects.

Thanks Carney

Glad to see there are a few from Montreal :nice: :nice:

Hey Carney, i'm over in Kirkland, we should head out to Laval on fridays. I'm also in Barrie right now @ Georgian for school....funny how that works out...

Topless Stang, what Ford dealership are you @?

I guess ill bring the total to 16.
Im Jordan and i live right next to Campbell Ford (works nice that way). Im 22 and i live with my fiance of 2years. I work for the Auto Trader as an Assistant to the Commercial Manager. The money isnt too bad, it pays for some mods, thats for sure. I drive a white 95 GT with real chrome cobra r's and some nice bolt ons. (might have seen it around town) and i love the car to death, Although i am still debating to get an 05 or keep building up my car. My dreams cars though are a 95 cobra r (which i would never dirve, i would just look at it like artwork) and a 68 gt fastback with a 390 4speed, painted (you guessed it) highland green.

Hey Carney, maybe we ve met. I had to work with CN and Via people in the past about alarm system, sprinkler system and exit way at train level in Gare Centrale.

Ok I am a nebie here so ...Hello to everyone.
I am an ole foggy...48 years old going on 20 :D
Am from Barrie Ontario and I work as a performance mechanic...and I might as well shake the skeleton out of the closet right up front...daily I build and tune imports, from 200hp Hondas to 5 and 600 hp Turbo Mitu's
But before you all flame me, I own a 96 Mustang 3.8 that has some reasonable mods, alot of suspension work, a dual exhaust set up, K&N filter, Msd wires, Kevlar clutch, and a piggyback ecu tuner.
I just did a dyno tune on it and rolled off with what I think is a respectable 161 SAE RWHP
I have a Vortech SC sitting on the shelf for it. And thats one of the reasons I am here, to get some input from people who have some realtime experiance with SC units.
Thanks for reading and hope to chat with some of you people in the future

This sounds like some AA course haha.

ahwell.

My name is Greg

I live in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (Halifax you could say for folks who aren't familiar with the city).

I'm 25 almost 26 and just moved into my first home (woooo), I live with my girlfriend of a year and a bit (14 months).

I work for Xerox as an account manager/sales Manager.

I just bought my first stang in august of this year and bought a silver 04 gt convertible and love it to death and just hate how it is sitting in a garage right now (boo).

always have loved stangs and vettes and thought I may as well buy one as you only live once and no regrets!!!!

exatly what i was going to say.
I guess it's my turn to stand up.

My name is Don, I'm 32, 5'-10", 130 lbs (really skinny guy, I don't have to put the car up on jackstand to work under it LOL). I'm from Markham, just north of Toronto. Grew up in London and Goderich, went to school in Waterloo, and worked in Timmins before taking a job here as a structural engineer.
Got a 1990 LX 5.0 coupe about 4 years ago. Currently single. Thinking maybe I shoulda gotten a convertible, chicks dig the 'verts.

When I'm not working in the Mustang or the truck or the house, I'm cycling, playing ultimate frisbee, or golf.
