Yes, ladies and gentlemen, after years of making "Jet" (read: 2-door wagon) variants of Aston-Martins, Bertone has turned to the Mustang!
Very nifty photochop!
... oh dear, I just thought of something...
Since Ford is making a new RWD Fairlane (or Galaxie) for 2006... I wonder if they'd make a Country Squire, now that wagons/tourers/estates are coming back into fashion?
Of all the cars that could pull off that tranformation. The Stang could pull it off nicely. Although if it were to ever happen, it would be another sign that this world is coming to an end.
While I agree it "would" look decent, it's a MUSTANG, not a Taurus. If Ford wants to make a "sport wagon" or a tourer or whatever they decide to call it, it shouldn't be related to the Mustang with the exception of powertrain and frame... The Mustang name should never appear on the car at all.
I will admit, I like the Galaxie/Fairlane idea, it'd be cool to see what they do with that.
