Ok I will be buying a Dr gas X pipe probably tonight. But I few questions first. ONE: will it bolt right up to my stock manifolds and stock catback? TWO: I will be installing a magnaflow SS catback not too long after, and will its flanges bolt right up? THREE: I have an 04 GT and will it work with 04s...their site says 99-03.SLP's catted X says that i need extentions for the O2 sensors ONLY on 04s, so do I need these on an O/R X, or do I not put the O2 sensor into the O/R? (BTW I know I need MIL elims) FOUR: Anyone have any dyno testing or experience with the Dr Gas X, and if so please let me know how much power you gained and your opinion about quality and such. FIVE: Where is the best/cheapest place to buy one. Thanks VERY much for your posts and help.

1. Yes, it will bolt up. But, you'll want to get Napa Part#600-1819 header stud kit and get rid of the crappy shouldered studs. You'll want 4 clamps to clamp the x together where it fits right. Then take it and get it welded together or weld it together yourself. (It comes in 5 pieces, unless they now have one pre-welded)

2. Won't be a problem.

3. You'll put the o2 sensors in, you'll just need extensions for the front o2's. You'll want MIL eliminators(splice-in is cheapest) to stop the check engine light from coming on since there won't be any more cats.

4. I had a Dr. Gas on for a while, but a leak that I could not fix due to me buying a used pipe made me pull it. If I get a chance again, I'd put a brand-new one on there. Awesome power gains(SOTP) and incredible sound!!!!

Hey THANKS very much, that helps out a bunch.Only thing to make sure about is Q# 3, So I HAVE to buy those $29 O2 extenders?i was thinking that you only needed extentions for LTs on the front O2s. Now its the rear O2s that needs the MILs, but its the front that need ONLY the extentions, even with factory manifolds? So all parts needed are MIL elims, extentions for front 02s, and some welding rods.BTW what rod should we use, a 7018 or a 6011.thanks again.

Yep, you're right on the parts. You could probably make everything you need on your own. o2 ext. are just longer wires, and MIL elims are just some parts from radio shack. Search on MIL elims, you'll find the diagram and parts list somewhere.

I would go with a 6011 rod. 7018 is more of a filler rod.
